Q1: Is the film available in other languages / subtitles?
A: At present we have a Latin American Spanish Web Page, Portuguese Web Page and English Subtitle Web Page, subtitle version in NTSC format. The audio track remains in English. We are working on further translations and if you feel you would like to be involved please contact us.
To help reduce costs we have produced this single DVD with the main feature film (approx 84mins) and bonus interview with presenter Jeremy Hitchen and Bible expositor Jacob Prasch (approx 26mins). The DVD (NTSC format only) comes cello-wrapped in a branded card wallet and is available to purchase using the links above.
Please note that the Spanish/Portuguese/English Subtitle DVD is only available in NTSC. While most DVD/Computer drives are multi format, you should check before you purchase as we cannot refund your order in this case.
Q2: What methods of online payments do you accept and which is the quickest?
A: Our preferred method of payment is via online payment using Paypal, Debit or Credit Card but not
“American Express”. We prefer customers to use the “buy now” button on this website and follow the instructions. This is the quickest method.
Q3: Is there any other way I can pay by credit/debit card?
A: Yes, you can leave your card details via our secure server. Please email us and we will provide you instructions. Please note that this service carries an administration charge of £2.00 added to cover credit card transactions and extra paperwork.
Q4: Can I pay using my card by telephone?
A: Yes, you can call the production studio on +44 01383 415690 during business hours (UK time) – however there is an administration
charge of £2.00 added to cover credit card transactions and extra paperwork.
Q5: I am nervous about online payments. Are they safe?
A: Whilst we cannot be held responsible for online banking transactions we can assure our customers
that we only utilise the services of a professional online secure server. Always check that the padlock icon can be seen
somewhere on the page/browser – the URL at the top of the page should begin with https://.
Q6: Why does my card keep getting rejected?
A: Please make sure you are following the instructions properly, and or try starting again.
Occasionally PayPal can reject a card despite there is nothing wrong with your card. If you are able try another card, if
you are still unsuccessful please email us and we will connect you to our secure server facility within 24/48 hours.
Q7: Can I pay by Cheque/Check/EFT?
A: Yes, please email us and we will send you the order form for your country. Please note that Cheques/Checks are being phased out and at some point we will no longer accept them.
Q8: Do you take purchases in foreign currency?
A: Choose from the drop down menu the country that suits best. UK/Europe (UK Sterling only),
USA/Canada (USA Dollars only), S.Africa (UK Sterling only), Australia/New Zealand (Australian Dollars), Rest of the
World (UK Sterling). Using the online purchase method the system will convert the currency for you.
Q9: How much do you charge for postage?
A: Choose from the drop down menu the country for delivery. UK/Europe (UK Sterling only),
USA/Canada (USA Dollars only), S.Africa (UK Sterling only), Australia/New Zealand (Australian Dollars), Rest of the
World (UK Sterling). Using the online purchase method the system will automatically calculate the postage required for the country and quantity ordered, before you commit to buy.
While Delivery is Free within the UK, all international orders are priced to cover actual delivery charges. We are not in the business of making a profit on postal costs.
Q10: How long does delivery take?
A: That depends on what country you are in; orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours using
first class or business post. Your DVD will be shipped from within the UK, USA, S.Africa or Australia. For some customers who live in rural areas we have noted that delivery can take a little longer.
Q11: How will my order be packaged?
A: Plain brown (UK/Europe) bubble wrap envelopes for orders of up to 5 and card boxes for larger
orders. Along with your address label we have our address in case a post office return is required.
Q12: Can you deliver to any country?
A: Generally speaking, yes. To date we have customers in countries all over the world. Given the
sensitive nature of some of the subject matter, caution may be necessary.
Q13: Can you put a personal message in with my order? (e.g. a gift)
A: Yes, we would be happy to add a short message for you which will be copied onto a Daniel Project postcard and put into the envelope with your DVD order.
Q14: What if my product is faulty or does not arrive?
A: On the rare occasion that these issues can happen, please email us and be rest assured that we will resolve those issues as quickly as we can.
Q15: How many DVDs are in the box and what is the running time?
A: There are two DVDs in the box. One is the main feature at approx 85 minutes and the other is an 82 minute bonus feature
with various interviews and a heart to heart discussion between presenter Jeremy Hitchen and Bible Expositor James Jacob
Prasch.
Q16: Do I need to know what DVD format (PAL / NTSC) my country uses?
A: When you order your DVD, we take note of the country of origin or the country the DVD is to be
delivered to – we will send the correct format to that country unless you tell us otherwise. If you have any doubts please
email us and we will help you.

Please make sure that you have given us the correct address details using capital upper and lower case letters where required and a correct Post/Zip Code. You would be amazed at the number of individuals who give the wrong address/post/zip code or forget that they sent the DVD to a family member in a different name. If filling in a form to pay by cheque please use BLOCK CAPITALS or an address sticker. Please take the time to get this important information correct, failure to do so will jeopardise delivery of your order.
